Chef Bollini's has been serving the best Italian food in Los Angeles for the past 20 years.  He started his career as a sous chef in a major corporate owned restaurant where he learned the culinary basics.  He then decided to branch out on his own and open his own restaurant.  To advance his knowledge, he make yearly pilgrimages to Italy to learn from the most talented chefs in the world.
